I have lived in Las Cruces, New Mexico for 17 years and was immediately immersed in the art community. I have owned three art galleries and co-owned a Theater company in my 40 year career, one here in Las Cruces, IN EFFECT Gallery from 2007-2010. I have had one man shows continuously in the 15 years living her. In my philanthropic endeavors, I have always presented the best of my work to HIV/AIDS, Cancer Research and Alzheimers charities. I proud of a piece in the 2nd floor administration center of Pomegranites at the Las Cruces Federal Courthouse. I currently have a pink rose I have at the new Cancer Center in the hematology Lab. Locally I have given to charity benefits spanning 7 years for the “Red Ribbon Bash”. With my husband Jeff we put together an Erotic art show which the 2020 show was our fifth anniversary. They have been brilliant, the artists dive right in and pull out there best work. I like doing that for them. When Jeff and I had the gallery the opptunity to give 80% of the sales of their work came into play, it was a complete sucess primarily since we lived in the back. Equally, the Annual Erotic art show and Spring Fling show (traditional works) is within their home to accomadate the works of local, State and around the US. The same sale conditions apply at 80% return to them. I am proud of my accomplishments in the community and how I can help artists in the work they do and a place to show it.
