Call for Entries: 2027 Studio Tour

ArtForms NM seeks participants for its Studio Tour during For the Love of Art Month.

Entry Timeline 

September 15 - November 16, 2026

Deadline to get into the Event Guide dictates these dates.

Eligibility

• Only ArtForms members may participate. Member dues must be current. 

• Multiple artists may be present at a single location. However, all participants must be ArtForms members.

Studio Tour Dates

February 6-7, February 13-14, February 20-21, February 27-28. You may show on any combination of weekends. Make selections on the application form.

Fees

• A $50 entry fee entitles one artist to participate in the studio tour during all or part of the month. Additional members may participate at a cost of $10 each. Payment must accompany application. 

• Fee includes use of an ArtForms blue flag.

 

Application Process

• Online application is preferred. Link can be found at the bottom of this page. If you would rather apply by mail or in person, click HERE to download a paper application form. 

• Include 2 JPG or PNG photos representative of work that will be shown during the tour. Photos must be 300dpi and no larger than 1200 pixels on the longest side. If your files are not 300dpi, go to https://convert.town/image-dpi, input and convert your image before uploading. Inclusion of photos constitutes permission to use them for publicity purposes. 

• Be sure to specify possible activities or demos that might occur during your Tour dates. These increase interest and draw more visitors.

• Specify all members who will participate at your location.  

ArtForms is not responsible for any events that may occur at your studio during the tour, nor will the organization be held liable for any damage to the property.​​
