2012-2013 Schedule Member meetings are held quarterly on the second Thursday of the month at 6 pm.  Meetings will be held in the Roadrunner Room at the Branigan Library, unless otherwise listed or announced.  A short business meeting precedes the program. JANUARY 30, 2013 ArtForms Artist Association of New Mexico will meet on 30 January, 2013, at 5:30 PM in the Road Runner Room of the Branigan Library.  Ms Patricia Dalbin, Public Art Program Coordinator, City of El Paso Museums and Cultural Affairs Department, will give a presentation on the El Paso Public Art programs and opportunities for artists.  Following the presentation there will be a question and answer session on For Love of Art Month activities and the Love of Art Month exhibit and fair at the Las Cruces Convention Center.  Participants in the exhibit and fair are encouraged to attend.  The public is invited. APRIL 27, 2013 ArtForms will meet on Saturday 27 April at 1- 3 PM in the Roadrunner Room of the Branigan Library. The agenda will cover a report on Love Of Art Month 2012 and a presentation on the new Crossroads  Art Trails Artist Brochure for 2013/2014.  Also bring a work of art work to share and discuss.   In addition, we will be discussing what direction the members see for our future.  We have had the same group of volunteers for quite some time and are in need of new people with fresh ideas. 1.  Are members willing to fill the positions needed for the next Board to be in place by September 2013?  The following positions are to be filled:  President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Member at Large. 2. How often should we meet?  Bi-monthly; Bi-annually, etc. 3. As a group do we want to continue Love of Art Month in February?  If so, volunteers will be needed for committees; Chairperson, Guide advertising, Venue entertainment, Media event advertising, etc. 4. Do we want to abandon ArtForms all together and merge with an existing art group?  The positions needing new volunteers have existing guidelines in place with prior board members and chairs being available for future guidance if needed.
